I wasnt playing gta for like 4 months.Before playing i tried to update the scripthook but it wasn't updated for like over a month.What happened to it?

I know there is one in the site by baba0rum | alex189 but i need something more detailed.I want it so hard .-.
When you change the primary color the main color changes and when you change the secondary color the stripes color changes.
With chrome wheels, just the exact one from Gone in Sixty Seconds...
