emblems\decals not working i tried every thing
i have open iv 4.1
game ver. 1.58
i need any help even tell me which file responsible for that problem
or decals and i will fix it

I tried to put custom anim mod which is dlc pack
and suddenly my game had this error which is infinite loading screens
i have gameconfig mod working and i tried update it
or install again and i tried every thing on youtube
plz tell me any solution possible
iam trying to make a tattoo mod for mpmale on the skin (not decal) but the tattoos quality is trash even simple ones becuz i can make textures option in setting high how can i solve that problem
i wonder if there is a way to make player textures only high quality
emblem\decals disappear only decl_000_u.ydd appear on all slots with one texture

is there a way to convert ydd from gta online to single player
(mp to franklin)
before start playing gta v i was playing gta sa and there is franklin player mod
(player.img) and there was mod replace franklin head with cj hd universe head and the head
fit with all hats and hairstyles it was awsome
to @red" man u did agreat mod but its not comfortable with me,ur tatts ar very great
in my vission is the best tatts mod in the game but if u can make that we get from tattoo parlor

i was editing my gta v file(modding) when i opened the game is road textures and some others is changing when i changed my view by mouse the textures change
so i think that i need x64g.rpf and my game is pirated so i need link for the file i hope u understand me
