@Lol-Bro224 Actually there is no such thing as x64.rpf and there is no Player 3, there is a Player 0 however.

You want to go to your mods folder, and look for x64v.rpf.
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one for example

Michael is Player 0.

We do need more than just "it stutters." What specs do you have? What in game settings is it? Any mods? Do you have vsync on half rather than unlocked?
