I am willing £150 ($198.88) to create a from scratch model based of an anime character. Something along the range of the 2B & A2 Nier Automata mod that currently exists (https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/2b-a2-nier-automata-add-on-ped-replace), implementing hair physics and such.
