@gtavjamal i did a format and then changed my gpu from gtx 750ti to gtx 1660super but the last time i played was 2 weeks before the format
UPDATE Weapon Limit Adjuster fixed my problem. I appriciate you guys

@JohnFromGWN So i did that, i first started the game without any scripts or mods and it loaded. Then with packfile limit adjuster gameconfig etc and it loaded as well. But when i installed one fighter plane it started crashing. I tried installing different addons to see if the plane was the problem but the same thing happened. I ve verified the files many times but nothing changed. I will check the logs

btw Im using a ryzen 5 3600g, a gtx1660super and 8gb of ram, while having the game in a 500gb ssdI have a possible reason. Im using the openiv app from the lspdfr site because the original is currently closed. This app is acting a little different. Like when you are in a non modded folder on edit mode, its not having the red copy to mods folder buttom. So it might be the reason

just reinstalled the game. I installed packfile limit ajduster and heap adjuster, custom gameconfig and installed only one addon. The game crashes.
Ive done it tens of times. I actually know pretty good the openin iv app. As I said i was doing all these for the past 3 years without problems.My Directory folder: https://prnt.sc/ArDNd5Lxor_u

Ive been modding this game for 3 years (offline). I installed the game again because i formated my pc and i cant use even one addon. I tried both gtav mods and lspdfr gameconfig, i have packfile limit adjaster and heap adjuster, i changed the memory in the gameconfig and still the game just crashes. Ive reinstalled the mods folder 7 times since yesterday and i have no clue whats going on. And when its not crashing, it pops up that f@cking err gen zlib error 2 fix that is a pain in the a$$.
If anyone has to offer me a solution i will be really grateful.
