Hey not to say im a expert at installing mods but i know a few things. what mods exactly are you trying to install? cars?graphics?

I Solved the problem turned out to be Visual C++ 2010 also 2015.

Ok so ive been playing GTA for some time on window 7 now that i have windows 10 i cant get els to work for me at all. if anyone could help please. and thanks in advance
