@JohnFromGWN No, didn't find anything that solves my problem sadly. But when you download like siren pack mods, you just drag the .oac file too and it works? I am doing the exact same thing, so how can this be wrong?

Those are excellent points you've made. People update SH5 and their gameconfig.xml and expect everything to go back to normal. But unfortunately some mods don't necessarily work after the patch because of game engine related changes or conflicts with the new dlc itself. GTAO breaks SP.

Fact is, the game after the patch is no longer the same game.

@LSPDhighway As i wrote before, u don't launch the game by double clicking the executable. There is a Rockstar launcher. You edited that part from your comment?

Do a verify integrity, re-download the latest gameconfig.xml because an OIV might have downgraded it, and once more disable all your mods temporarily and test vanilla game for stability.
