lol actually reading the description it's sound exactly like the mod I wanted. I enter this site multiple times everyday to see if there's anything new that is interesting but somehow I NEVER saw that mod, or maybe I just forgot it existed. Thanks for the indication.
What about this: my last gameconfig had a well placed lifeguard, custumized muscle cars, but I had to update the gameconfig (actual one from gta5mods). This one is ugly: bad variation and every single car has underglow neons.
I don't use either of those mods so I have no idea what they can change but if you know for certain that it isn't something else causing it, then it will need someone with experience of those two mods to help.
