@JohnFromGWN How would I know which gameconfig file I would use?

I installed a car mod and did everything needed to install it, I followed the installation instructions but when I boot into story mode after a few minutes of loading my screen goes black then the game quits, I tried installing different car mods but I get the same result

and I dont want the train to be random every time I just want to to have 1 train that comes around and I don't know how to do that so is there a way to do that with this mod?
