We want to make REALISTIC KIA QURIOS(K9) model

I want to create new Kia Qurios (K9) and I don't know how to create new model

What is the way to create new vehicle models?
So can someone create this model?

When adding props objects I have this problem:

An exception occurred while executing 'Menyoo.asi' (0x00007FFF46857160), id 41

The problem appears while adding an object or making a load through sponer

Number of props: 430
I have the latest version of meynoo , scripthook and gta 5

please help me.

Problem Resolved , the error was in GTA5 files , when i verify game problem solved.

I re-downloaded gta5 after formatting windows upgrade
And when I ran the game, inconsistent colors and graphics appeared and I didn't erase them before, I'll attach pictures
