You have to export the 3ds-file as an .obj-file (with Autodesk 3dsMax) and then you can export this as a .yft-file via Zmodeler. But this won't bring you a working GTA Vehicle. If you wan't to convert a professional model, which are often in 3ds format, you have to convert it and this is a little bit more time-consuming. But if you want to that, use this:
