Cant get a trainer to work and game keeps crashing with lambda.

I recently got a gaming pc and cant get lambda to work on multiplayer but does on singleplayer(sorta) if i try to spawn a car or even change character it'll crash my game,also my trainer wont work so i can try that way put none of my other mods from this site seem to work either. not sure what im doing wrong.
