it tells me to Navigate to GTAV\mods(if use OpenIV ASI)\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf i dont have the x64e.rpf folder why ?

FIRST go to: gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks

and i dont have the dlcpacks folder ?!?
