Thanks for the offer, i actually found the newer one. Traffic did appear, however i came to realize that once i installed the LC mod (any of them), it breaks many of the ymap addon dlcpacks i had working. Largely seems to stem from the mod in x64a.rpf.. i guess this is a known issue, but noone seems to talk about it. I may end up creating one install that is just for LC.

I am asking because I had a similar issue with doors missing and other textures like garbage containers and fences would disappear after I installed too many map mods that I converted from Menyoo mods (xml) to ymap and placed them in custom_maps.rpf. It was an easy fix and now I have 66 map mods all running smoothly at the same time.

Have you ever tried combining those with the LC Rewind dlc/mods?

In the case of the few i have, i think ymap files only. I didnt realize menyoo could install files?

Basically it was creating folders and copying the content under dlcpacks under mods. These become broken with LC installed and active in the listing dclist.txt etc and definitely broken with the lc modded x64a.rpf

It appears that the ScriptHookVDotNet.asi is causing the crash. (this is with an empty scripts folder as well)

Make sure you have the latest ScriptHookV, and SHVDN of at least Feb 17, 2020 (recommended version, actually; the one released in April reportedly leaks memory).

Thanks for the reply. Ill double check on that too, however, i discovered today that the culprit was the graphics driver (1080ti), i did a "clean" install and its ok now.

I have other issues i think related to adding LC rewind (disappearing textures/mods/buildings) but i think thats just the nature of LC, the two dont seem to mix (many addons + lc, only lc alone works well enough).

I'm thinking this is just how it is, if you add giant mods like LC Rewind, though i cant find anyone confirming or talking about these issues.

Sounds almost like two installs are needed, one with typical mods (dlc packs etc) and another with just LC otherwise the two clash.

Did you ever find a solution for this. I have a similar issue, installed what i thought was the latest version of LC (unsure which is), and what i have is that once you do this, particularly with x64a.rpf, it will break any other addon dlc mods that are in the structure (wont appear), and others end up with see through buildings.

Seems to be an either or situation, either you have LC working or you have everything else. Not sure what i'm missing and i thought i was using the latest gameconfig, i dont think its related to that though

I started with a clean mod folder structure. I backed up my custom mods that i had working fine (mcdonalds, burgerking, etc). I installed LC Rewind Moved Map v3.

I then put back the mods (burgerking etc). I immediately noticed at the burger king location that the buildings insides were missing (as seen from outside), see through in nature.

What i've discovered (minimally) is that the x64a.rpf file and levels file seems to cause the issue.
Also, that file being present actually makes all of the mods disappear completely.

Does anyone know of a workaround to this or why this is?

which traffic path mod did you use? in fact how did you get lc rewind to work on the current version of gta? I can’t get it to work - but yes the traffic works but you have to teleport there first with one of the traffic mods. if you set a waypoint and teleport using the trainer it should work. I got one traffic paths mod which works all over lc and includes peds as well

I believe i downloaded LC from this video, link in the description? i think v1.2? (oiv)

I think maybe thats outdated, as i'm finding the one levels file you have to put in x64a.rpf cause buildings in the regular city to lose textures (latest steam version).

I took the traffic paths off of here but nothing ever shows up.

Is there a newer lc mega download version i'm guessing?
