Yes it does load vanilla without any replaced cars. The mods folder seems to have all the right folder's/files.
I just need to have the rpf files in the mods folder right? i don't need to put them in another folder or something? -

Tuning modsposted in Installation Help & Troubleshooting
Hello, i can't get tuning parts to work.
I have a mods folder inside the root, inside the folder i have a update folder a x64 folder and all the
x64a.rpf files etc...I believe that is a correct setup but each time i put the "sultan_mods.rpf" in the x64i.rpf, nothing happens. and when i put it in mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday20ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>patchday20ng>vehiclemods
the game starts downloading like 2gb and deletes the sultan_mods.rpf file in the patchday20ng. while the x64i file is still there.
Any help is greatly appreciated, its frustrating me now.
