When I open up the vehicle spawner in Menyoo it doesn't show me the cars from the DLC's. I can see or spawn only the vehicles from the single player. Can someone help me?

I installed the Single Player Garage mod just as instructed but when i try to get in a garage i just fall through the map. Does someone know how can I fix it? Or if there is other mods that do the same??
