What files contain the prices for the guns? Is it shop_weapon.meta? Do I need to edit all 60+ instances of it for all DLCs that add weapons?

Hello.
I am working on my first mod, I am using the open source code of https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/the-black-market to create a merchant.
When I'm near to a common standing ped they look at me while the ped I spawned just looks foward, does not move his head or eyes. How do I make the ped look at me and behave like the others?
