Which of those two mods provides the most realism and makes enhances the AI of NPC's the most? Which one is best for turning GTA into a crime simulator?

What is/are the best mod/mods that should I download, if I want to improve the stealth mechanics of the game so that I don't get a wanted star level unless if either someone witnesses me killing another person or I haven't killed all the witnesses who are present, while also being compatible with other mods that allow an arrest warrant to occur and improve the response and reaction of cops in the world? I have already finished playing GTA 5 on the Xbox 360 4 years ago, but I only want to consider playing it again on PC, if I can download mods that greatly improve my sense of immersion and interaction with the world with these kind of mods. It appears that all of the mods I am looking for are available, but I'm only worried about compatibility issues between them. I have never downloaded mods before, but I'd like to find a solution to the problem of the mods possibily being incompatible. Therefore, what combination of mods should I download to get what I'm looking for, without dealing with any incompatibility issues. Any sort of helpful tip or advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Does RDE also enhance the AI behavior of pedestrians to make pedestrians more dynamic and unpredictable? For example, will there be more violent crime in bad neighborhoods and random events that occur around the world?

@eshenk Thank you for the input. I am wondering if RDE has improved stealth? Because "The Stealth" mod has improved stealth and I like to have all of the features of each realism mod on my game. My only concern is that if each realism mod has unique features that are not present in other realism mods, since I heard that many of the realism mods are not compatible with each other because they alter AI behavior. I just want to enhance my game with as many immersive features as possible in one play through session.

Which of the following Realism mods are the best and offer the most immersive experience? The Stealth, Realism Dispatch Enhanced or GTA 5 Redux? If they are all unique, then is there a way for me to install all of the unique features of the mods into one?
