please anyone ? mods are installed in my mods folder, some appear in the mod manager laucher but cant find them in game

I installed the gta v mod manager and then the hook script v thing, those too looks to works perfectly but the mods i downloaded doesnt work at all. ive been trying things all day but nothing works.
