@Reacon Can it also be due to LA Roads AND REAL CARLIFONIA ARCHITECTURE?

Hello everybody,
I need your help because I have a good PC and and still only a FPS value of 46 to 61.

My PC Stats:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070
RAM 16 GB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (build 17134), 64-bit

Mods that i have installed:
VisualV
NaturalVision ✪ Remastered
LA Vegetation
ProjectTexture Overhaul Pack

and more like this to get GTA as real as possilbe.

Please help my i have to much FPS Drop...
