Greetings,

I have a problem where whenever I install .oiv mods,
and run the game with ragepluginhook afterwards
it'll crash or get stuck at "Populating Game World" while loading.

This applies to every .oiv mod I tried to install so far.

I have the latest version of GTA 5 (Retail, Arena War), Rage-Plugin-Hook, ScriptHookV and ScriptHookV.net
(Sidenote: I'm loading LSPDFR and EUP Menu in as plugins, but I don't experience problems with them;
I tried to disable them, but that changed nothing, the game still kept crashing because of those oiv. packages.)
