So when I install mods (Cars, hair, etc.) using OpenIV and afterwards want to start GTA, every time it suddenly needs to update and I guess replaces the changed files in the process.
So every time I change my game files, UPDATE. My internet is really really slow so that really sucks.
I found no alternative or bypass launcher which is working sadly.
Anyone else having this problem?
