Hi people, GTA 5 crashes. Throws an error -"no memory game, restart your computer and restart the game"

It started after the installation of the file "Gameconfig (1.0.1604.0)"
All other mods work fine.

1. My version of GTA 5 - 1604 1.04 (Social Club)
2. Gameconfig (1.0.1604.0)
3. That I already tried - 1 Remove all mods except "gameconfig". 2 Reinstall gta.
