@TheLoneWolf293 No clue, honestly it was so random. The only thing i could think of is me mixing the visualsettings.dat files. I did a clean install and everything is fine now.

So i deleted the trainer and now there are no weird graphics however the siren only makes the sound without any lights....

Any clue whats going on??

When i put the police sirens on, it only makes the sound but the police light doesn't come on at all.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Yep there was 1 corrupt file. However, the steam update did not fix it, what i did was extract "visualsettings.dat" from the original GTA V files and pasted it in my Mods folder to replace the "visualsettings.dat" thats on there and it fixed the issue.
