I'm still unable to change camera position, angeles etc for some missions.

Is there another workaround?

first time poster here. I'm currently working on a fan made GTA 5 Story Trailer and I'm trying to recreate some shots that I saw in an old trailer from 2015.
I noticed that in some missions (The Jewel Store Job for example) you can hit the record button (F1) and edit camera angles later on in the Rockstar Editor. So far so good, but in some specific mission (e.g. Legal Trouble) I can hit the record button and load the clip inside the Rockstar Editor, but this time I am unable to change camera settings, angles etc.

So here's my question:

Is there a way / a mod that allows me to change camera settings in non pre-rendered missions? Especially "Legal Trouble" which takes place on the Airfield / Runway and has some super nice cinematic potential (as used in the trailer as well). I read that there are restrictions because of some Easter Eggs in the game? Not sure I read that correct.

I'm having the latest version of GTA (Downloaded last week) and I have installed a few mods like OpenIV, ScriptHook, Redux, GTA V Remastered, LA Roads, CityLights.
I'm very new to the modding scene so If this sounds like a stupid question, please bear with me. Also, english is not my motherlanguage, so be kind please
