@cp1dell Nobody really imported or even managed to emulate some Euphoria tasks from IV, RDR or MP3, MP3 to GTA V can be recreated easily as it's basically the same engine (since there's only a couple of months between their releases) but IV and RDR are running on completly different versions of RAGE which makes it almost impossible to recreate or even emulate those results. I've been trying for 2 years and never made it far.

Nah, this type of stuff will only be made possible once we have .RPF support and right now only private groups have this and i don't think they're really interested, it's not their top priority.
Pretty sure that some compatibility issues will occur by doing this as Euphoria and RAGE from RDR2 and GTA V are clearly different, maybe some stuff can be copy pasted, maybe some others requires more research or maybe some may never be discovered (just like GTA IV and it's funny JumpRollFromRoadVehicle or GoingThroughWindscreen parameters).

For the NPC's car going into oblivion when killing them inside, open this file https://anonfile.com/9cT58539n5/vehicleaitasks_ymt called vehicleaitasks.ymt (there is no virus or some other shit like this) once it's opened simply scroll till you see a line with this written "CTaskVehicleDeadDriver__Tunables" then find the lines called "MinThrottle" and "MaxThrottle". In the files the values especially the maximum are just pure crazyness so reduce the Max value to 0.200000 and put the min value at 0.100000. You can also change the steering angle with those lines "MinSteerAngle" and "MaxSteerAngle". Just fine tweak them until you find the right parameters.
This file needs to be replaced in 2 folders. Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64a.rpf\data\tune and also
in Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data\tune

Go into the folder of your car mod with OpenIV. It should look like this : GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/depends on your car mod/dlc.rpf/data.
Then open the vehicles.meta file by double-left clicking, when you're inside look for a line called "<vfxInfoName>SOMETHING</<vfxInfoName>. Memorize what is wrote between the <vfxInfoName> container(In the example,SOMETHING). You can CTRL+C what is written in the middle to ease the research after.
Once you've got the VFX info name, go to : GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/x64/data/effects.
Inside the "effects" folder, there is a file called "vfxvehicleinfo.ymt", right click on it and select "Edit"(you need to be in Edit Mode otherwise it won't appear).
Once inside press CTRL+F and paste the line you copied by using CTRL+V and you should find something like this : <Item type="CVfxVehicleInfo" key="DEPENDS OF WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR> then scroll down until you see this :
<backfirePtFxEnabled value="true"/> <backfirePtFxName>veh_backfire</backfirePtFxName> <backfirePtFxRange value="30.00000000"/>*
You can desactive it completly by putting the backfirePtFxEnabled value on False like this : <backfirePtFxEnabled value="false"/>
You can reduce or up the range(value depends on the car) like this <backfirePtFxRange value="15.00000000"/> <backfirePtFxRange value="60.00000000"/> for example.
Don't forget to click the SAVE button and you're ready to launch your game and see how it is now.

For that i'm using the Oppressor MK2 handling files,but everytime the game crash or the broom won't spawn by using the "spawn by name" feature of Menyoo's.
The handling.meta file is empty but the broom in-game still control like an Akuma and i don't really know how if the game has no handling specified. http://prntscr.com/kk6eg9
Do you know why,if so can you tell me and i will be thankful. And if i'm able to release this mod i will credit the people that helped me and the guy(girl) that has made the original model
