thank you for the reply, yes i am trying to use open IV, one of the mods that i was trying to do was this -

im new to doing PC gaming and only just started to try mod my games, and not very knowledgable on things like installing manually, sorry, so thank you for the help, its much appreciated

Hello again.

So i manage to get the mods to be converted from .rar files into .zip, but now when i try to open, there is a pop-up window that tells me that it is unable to find a assembly.xml. is there a fix for this or have i got to download a new program?

so when i am trying to download mods for gta, i click the button that says download, then i get a pop up which says open with Firefox or save.

if i click open, i get a blank window, and if i click save, its got the fireworks logo and saves as a .rar file, which cant be found by OpenIV.

any help would be much appreciatied, thank you

so im new to this, i downloaded OpenIV and ScripthookV to do this.

Everytime i download a mod, it comes up as 'save or open as firefox' but when i do that and then open OpenIV, im unable to find the mod even when in the destination for it, am i missing something here or is the firefox hiding it?
