@Akila_Reigns No matter what I do, the handling.meta doesn't change the vehicle speeds and handling in-game, which confuses me because it always used to work for me but now it won't..

I've been trying to install a handling/top speed mod which I've used on previous installations, and I did everything in the read me in open iv (adding the new handling.meta to update/update.rpf/common/data, and all the other handling.metas to the different update/x64/dlcpacks as stated in the readme) and the mod didn't work. Everyone elses seems to be working when I read the comments. I also tried another speed mod and it didn't do anything either. Here's the one I was trying to get working.
