@Shaezbreizh is it ok to get the source to that would love to use that tool (or have a mod where it's already placed?)

The idea of the mod is to add thick layer cap of snow all over Mount Chiliad for the winter months.
Maybe even possible spawn by weather element or seasonable pattern? But I found out recently that it was in some sort of GTA Online winter special back in 2013? Maybe theirs some way of bringing it back?!
