This car would be aswome in the game if someone could make it. there is alredy 2015 version but not 2016

i think it would be cool if someone made a mod where u were a celebrity and paparazzi followed you around the city taking pictures and get chauffeured, take private jets.

can someone make one of both those guys as a skin that would cool as hell thanks.

i am the new guy on the block, i want to get into modding everything I have a bunch ideas that would i want to be in the game, i would like to start out with small items like clothes since i think it would be probably easier than like cars and weapons. so if anybody can help that would be great, thanks!
