There are so many scenarios which would be great to have them in GTA V
something like:

• construction sites
• broken streetlights and maybe workers repairing them
• Some Festivals on big squares and places
• traffic jams on the highway at certain times
• maybe rare housefires where the road of the affected buildings is closed
• VIP escorts for famous people or politicians
• big parties in houses
  Yes, that would be some scenarios, I'd like to have.

What you also can do, is to make a new VEH_GROUP in the popgroups.ymt containing your desired cars.
