I recently uploaded an EMBSeries mod which was rejected due to attachment of some "enb series dll" files.
The moderator said: "Don't upload files that aren't yours (enb series dll)".
My objection is that there is already a mod (and maybe others) which contains these files.
Is there a common or selective approval rules?
