I'm having the same problem and it's becoming a problem playing at night, the headlights go out at random spots on the map. And only when I pause the game do they come back on only to go back off at some point. Only is happening when I have a visuals mod installed. I never had this problem before the latest update. If you figure out a fix, please let me know.
