Whenever I get near a ped driving (like around a 100-200 foot distance), they stop and exit their vehicle and just stand there. Some peds walk away or run if something happened but mainly they just stand there. This happened after I added some car add-on mods. I removed them in an attempt to fix this but it still happens. I removed everything I installed before this happened, but it keeps occurring. Does anyone have a solution to this???

update: it didnt work, peds are still just stopping and exitting their vehicles around me

I am now experiencing the same problem, this was after i installed some car add-ons through dlcpacks in openIV. Anyone know a fix? I am going to just try to remove the cars I added to see if that works but is there also another way as well?
