I recommend that you do a fresh install of your game. Make sure while you're reinstalling, your game doesn't leave any remnants behind; this may corrupt your new installation of the game. Also, while running your game in safe mode, the game doesn't load any ASI plugins or scripts, so be aware of that.

The reason you two may be experiencing this issue is because; every time the game notices that it is being modified, it automatically tries to reinstall all of the files back to default. You would have to use OpenIV; in order to use mods with Grand Theft Auto V.

Hello,
I am having issues with opening the co-op mod within the game. I press f9; even FN+F9, the menu still does not open. I have the latest ScriptHookV + ScriptHookDotNet installed; RAGE as well. I also went out of my way to download system required files, such as Visual C+ 2016. I'm back at square one with this. If anyone actually still uses this COOP, please relay help my way as I could use it.
