I put the files of NativeUI in my GTA Folder as instructed, but still nothing's happening.

I have followed all instructions on how to install addonpeds and have everything in my folder. NativeUI is also in my scripts folder like it ought to be as well, but I cannot get this program to work for the life of me. I am not sure what's going on and why its working for others. But would REALLY appreciate some help somehow to get my addpeds mod to work.

I had installed the mods accordingly to instructional videos and the instructions on the mod itself. But whenever I log into GTA V and press L to activate the menu nothing shows up, which is why I am asking if its broken or not because I cannot get it to work at all.

I've noticed that Addonpeds apparently is broken. I've done my research and have found out that it in fact isn't updated or being given the love that it needs to work again. So with that being said, is there a workaround for Addonpeds? I noticed that Simple Trainer has a lot of ped slots you can fill, how do I install peds to the Simple trainer?

I have managed to install Hook V without trouble. It works fine on my game. But for some reason, I do not know what to do after that. I've downloaded mod files and put them into my main game folder, but cannot find them in-game to activate them. I am new to modding and installing them so can someone please help me out? Basically, need a "How to install GTA V mods for Dummies" Guide.
