@DoufDouf move the folder out of your root folder and see if it launches

@DoufDouf do you have a mods folder?

did you put your mods into a mods folder? if so, move the mods folder out of your directory. see if it still crashes after that

what mods did you install? also what are your pc specs? and what fps do you get without any mod?

@JasonNotSoBrody when you edit a ini in your gta folder, does jt rrquest permision

you could also lower your own money instead of the prices

@Anshul080 create a folder in your root folder named scripts and then it should work

make sure your scripts folder is named EXACTLY: scripts
