how do you make peds attack you?

I was always wondering if its possible someone could do persona 5 skin mods for gta 5 i notice its all over the first san andreas. just throwing that out there.

Im using that Menyoo PC trainer mod my question is once in spooner mode to spawn objects or Peds, is there a way to make the pedestrians follow you or continually chase after you? if so how can i do that?

Ok ive been reading the readme like crazy but the path for those files makes no sense to me as they are not there and certain rpf files aren't within the folder would love a step by step help for this.
