there is a mod by jedijosh which has the features that GTAO has when you die, but it slows down the game like the singleplayer death screen does, it does work with "watch your death" but it doesn't show the "WASTED" screen, combining these two might allow you to have the experience you want.

Is there a mod on this website that would only give you a wanted level if a witness (ped) saw you do a crime and then you get a wanted level. Since I don't really like when I run over a ped in the middle of no where and get a wanted level, while I can get rid of it with a mod menu, having a mod which prevents wanted levels like that would be nice.

TL:DR : Is there a mod that would only give the player a wanted level if a ped witnessed them doing a crime.

I really, REALLY want to have bulletproof windows on some vehicles, but I can't seem to find a method to do this to any vehicle. I've heard about ZManager and that it could make bulletproof windows, only problem with that is it's subscription based, and I don't want to pay a subscription just for making certain vehicles have bulletproof windows.

If anyone knows a solution to this, please do reply!
