hey guys.
so I am modding my GTA5 DLClist.xml in the right way (for example, adding <Item>dlcpacks:/nis180/</Item> and saving) but the problem I am finding is each time I add a line and launch, the game updates before starting and wipes the lines I have added. I used to mod GTA5 all the time and this never happened. has anyone experienced this?

Not so much a newbie but have tried to install new trains to GTA 5 but each time i add one i.e. high speed train from this website, nothing but the original train spawns. I think i read somewhere that I need to update the Railroad Engineer config file but does anyone know how to do this? Or if this is not the case, why wont ANY of my new trains spawn? its starting to drive me crazy!
