So this has been driving me up a wall for a long time. I don't think it's an issue limited to a small percentage of players, either. I think most people just don't even notice. The issue seems to be not that it spawns too many black cars, but that it rarely spawns anything beyond the first or second color option, and rockstar created most of the color palettes starting with black listed first, then white and red. Sparky's mod moves a lot of the black options further down the list, so while it fixes the issue of black traffic, it doesn't fix the real issue of almost never spawning colors past the 2nd or 3rd option listed in carvariations.meta. I really hope there is a modder out there with the skills to fix this with a script or something because it really ruins the game for me. Every car spawns in the same damn color 90% of the time.

RE: WARNING. Another update in comming. July 20.
@JohnFromGWN That was at first. After I couldn't get that to work, I reverted to my modded update.rpf.

RE: WARNING. Another update in comming. July 20.
@JohnFromGWN Oh, well I initially updated it because OIV bugs you about it and I wasn't sure if it would run otherwise. "euros" is a good one because there's no numbers to mix up. I'm not sure what gator2 is supposed to be, did you mean growler?

RE: WARNING. Another update in comming. July 20.
@JohnFromGWN I reverted everything; all of the .exe files and both update.rpfs inside the mods folder and outside. I have mptuner in my mods folder.

RE: WARNING. Another update in comming. July 20.
@JohnFromGWN Turns out my problem was that I somehow forgot to copy over the dlc1.rpf file.

RE: WARNING. Another update in comming. July 20.
My only problem is that the new cars don't spawn. I get "Error: invalid" when I try to spawn them by name. I reverted my GTAV.exe and update.rpf in the mods folder (but not the other one). And of course I added the new DLC folders to my mods folder and dlclist.xml.

RE: Scripthook V
@ItsJustCurtis So you have the new update.rpf and the old one in your mods folder but with the DLC added? Do you need both DLC? Maybe that's why it's not working for me.

RE: [Tutorial] | Handling.meta
Found a clue towards what handling flag "TYRES_CAN_CLI" does; I had issues with the Schwartzer accelerating stupidly fast, even when I turned down the inertia multiplier as low as 0.2, and only when I removed that flag, did it start behaving normally again. So I'm guessing it may mean "tires can climb hills" and increases forward traction or downforce significantly. This seems to be corroborated by the Sandking, Dump, Sanchez & Tractor being some of the few vanilla cars to use it. Why they used it on the Feltzer, Stinger and Police3 are anyone's guess though.

RE: Watch out 'R's' throwing out another update....
I hate that Steam will never warn you, it just starts updating unexpectedly when you try to launch. I'm not going to check R*'s newswire every friggin day just in case they decide to update so I can know in advance.
