I was wondering about Open IV is this one an ok one to use instead of Script Hooks ? How do I get Open IV ?

Re: Script Hooks V I was trying to download and install Script Hooks V but it kept saying there was an error. So Open IV is used to modify the game files would that mess up the game file or not ?
