I find that if under a certain altitude, approximately 200, I can't go above 120 mph. I couldn't seem to find a mod to disable that pain in the butt. Can anyone tell me if it exists already and I just can't find it, or someone consider making it? Thanks.

As I'm driving, my character whines about EVERYTHING, I hit something, then there is complaining. I hate it. It is dreadfully annoying. I just wish I could drive without the yelling and cursing when literally anything happens. I tried looking if there was anything that fixed this and came up empty, anyone know of a mod that fixes this or can someone make one? Thanks.
