Does any of you know anyone who makes peds with animated mouths so they could move while talking? I had made a request and one person messaged me however he doesnt make animated ones. He did mention a person that did and messaged them on here and facebook however they looked at 2 of my messages and never answered back. So if anyone knows a person or two please let me know guys, thanks in advance

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and new to modding gta altogether. I was looking around for tutorials on here on how to make player mods, for instance if I wanted Michael Jordan's face in the game how would I get it in there? I looked through the tutorials section of the forum but did not find anything to answer this question of mine unless I overlooked a topic? Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction?
