Update: I've found out that editing the file makes no difference; however, they don't work together. If I download the file to the mod but don't edit the dcllist.xml file, GTA loads fine. It's the same vice versa. However, either way doesn't let me use the cars. Any help is hugely appreciated
Edit: I used this tutorial, and the files I'm using are created at 9:30 and edited for addon cars at 14:10

I recently started trying to add cars into GTA V. I looked up a couple of tutorials and got everything set up. However, when I download an addon the game crashed on startup. I did some testing and found out that it only crashes when the dcllist.xml file is edited. I tried a couple mods to make sure it wasn't my error or a mods error. I'm not sure what could be causing this now. Any help is appreciated! As a side note, I can get other things to work, just not addon cars.
