Solution i was dumb and using notepad instead of openIV to edit dlclist.xml

help whenever i try to spawn in cars with Add-On Vehicle Spawner i get an error message that say i have not purchased the DLC and it spits out random numbers followed by NOSTEAM at the end! (i am on the EG store version)
