I have seen people with FiveM have custom game maps with their own street names etc.

I was wondering can I do the same for single player, and if so, how? any existing mods?

Have aquired several models to convert to GTA. But I don't know how to convert them. If anyone either has a guide, or, better, if someone would be willing to do it for me (around 4-6 models), and they would get full credit for it in the release.

Before a mod deletes this for there already being a post on this (even though it's nearly three years old), I really need help changing the textures of the ingame flags. I try and use the useless Texture toolkit which crashes whenever I import a DDS or other file. Any help?

I uploaded a mod just under 24 hours ago and yet it is still "pending approval". Other people's mods have been approved but not mine. No one has said anything that I need to change about it. Please advise

it said something about an invalid license

the import box is grayed out yes

I try that and select it and nothing happens

Every unlocked mod I've looked at has no Z3D files. Any explanation of this and how I can import into ZModeler3?
