hey guys i really need your help

now i can't spawn addon car or spawn from native traine (some car still can spawn) anymore after playing online
before i go online i cut all file folder mods,update, ScripthookV/Scripthookdotnet to backup folder and also uninstall plugin open iv
then i cut again to my instal gta v folder when i want play offline but ingame i cant spawn the car again im use script to spawn addon car n i have 36 addon car i also try to update game config but nothing happens
im not instal any script except spawn car mods

what should i do if i wanted to my add on car back??
