@Reacon OK, now things are working but I have a problem playing missions with mods.

Yep, I basically was able to play the game with the mods. But the problem was that I can't play the story mode, missions get bugs, no missions for franklin and last thing the game now won't even start.

I now installing the game again, then I would install openiv files then add the mods folder.

After installing vehicle mods, I tried different gameconfig files, I'm working with a one that works ok to launch the game, but now I can't launch the game with "mods"
folder.
