Some of my modded files are corrupted and I can't find them, police dispatch are glitchy, Does Verify Local Game File affect my modded files?

That is weird, most of the police officer are not wearing any hats (Only near police station)

Thank you, it worked for me, but the weapons will be erased so I have to re-equip them again, do you know any mod that can just give me my custom loadout?

Try to restart the game or re-install the mod.

Can't I just download the doomsday patch and replace it with the newest patch? I can play the offline at all time (you know... mods are great)
I just found some patches through the web like this one:
